Workbond- Please be aware that most programs require a refundable work bond. Each family will be responsible for a refundable work bond of $150 for girls lacrosse and $100 for track & field. The work bond for cheerleading and football is $150. The work bond for Field Hockey is $100. There is no work bond for Co-Ed Flag Football. This work bond will be refunded upon completion of 4 hours of volunteer service (3 hours for field hockey) as per the work bond agreement. Please review this agreement on our volunteer page.

Refund Policy- All Registrations are fully refundable if request is made 60 days prior to season start date. The season start date is the first day of practice. If a request is made between 1 and 59 days prior to season start date a $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund or the full registration amount may be rolled over to any family member for future program registration. There will be NO REFUNDS once the season has started. There are NO REFUNDS on custom orders, which includes football jerseys, jackets, cheer uniform pieces and any other clothing or spirit related items. There are NO REFUNDS or exchanges on Jr Raider apparel.

Medical Forms- Medical forms are required for each athlete and must be turned into your program director before the first day of practice. Forms are good for one year from the date of your child's last physical and must be completed by your physician. Please keep a copy as HJR does not keep forms from season to season. The form can be found under documents on our home page. This is the only form that will be accepted.

2020 Spring Track and Field

This program is open to boys and girls in grades 2nd through 8th
Uniform is included in cost of registration
Track and Field practice will begin around March 24, 2020 and run through early June, 2020
Practices will normally be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8:15pm at HHS
Meets and additional track practice will be held on Saturdays at times TBD
Track Events will include short and long distance runs, sprints and relays.
Field events will be discus, javelin and jumps depending on facilities.
Membership to USA Track and Field Association is not part of this registration. Participants who wish to compete will need to join the USATF. There will be an additional costs to join. Coaches will be required to get background checks and be a member of USATF.
This program will run through out the spring and end in early June
An up to date Medical Form must be on file before first practice. Please schedule your child's physical accordingly. The Jr Raiders medical form can be found on our home page . Once completed, it can be emailed to medical@jrraiders.org

2020 Girls Lacrosse Little Laxers - (Grades K-2)

This program is open to girls in grades K through 2
Teams will be focused on instruction, basic lacrosse skills and having fun!
Lacrosse practice will begin in April and will be held Sundays at 11 am. Practice locations will be announced as opening day approaches.
The team is part of the Jersey Girls Lacrosse Association (JGLA)
Membership to US Lacrosse is required
This program will run throughout the spring into early June
An up to date Medical Form must be on file before the first practice.
Additional equipment required- girls lacrosse stick, eye mask and solid color mouth piece NOT CLEAR OR WHITE

Coaches Registration

This registration is for anyone who wants to volunteer to be a head coach or assistant coach of a Jr. Raiders Flag/Co-Ed Flag Football, Tackle Football, Track or Cheerleading team/squad.

If you want to coach Girls Lacrosse please use the Girls Lacrosse Coaches registration for those sports. CLICK HERE for the registration

All coaches are required to register once. After your background check expires, we will ask you to go in and complete the background check again if you will continue to coach.

All Coaches must be attend a Rutgers S.A.F.T.E.Y. Clinic. If you submitted a copy of your S.A.F.E.T.Y card in a previous season and your card is on file you will not be prompted for it again. If we do not have your card on file you will be asked to upload a scanned copy Rutgers S.A.F.T.E.Y. Card. If you are unable to scan your card, you need to submit a paper copy before completing the online registration.

The coaches registration includes question that are necessary for to satisfy our insurance policy. These include questions on residency, experience in youth organizations and convictions of any violent crimes.

If you are listed as ineligible to register, then click on your name and enter a birthday. Only those over 18 may register as a Coach. If you are under 18 please use the Jr Coaches Registration.

Field Hockey Coaches Registration

This registration is for anyone who wants to volunteer to be a Jr. Raiders Field Hockey coach.

All coaches are required to register.
